FodScale

Paste a recipe you wish you could eat.

FodScale weighs its ingredients against published low-FODMAP serves and tells you where one serving lands: green, yellow or red. If it's over, Make it safe swaps and trims it into a version you can cook, credited to the original.

Any recipe site works. We keep the title, the address and the score; the recipe itself stays on its own site.

Three templates, your likes and dislikes, every plate weighed against the low-FODMAP serves. Or write down a recipe you already make.

Browse the scores

Every recipe anyone has scored here, newest first. Narrow by verdict or by the site it came from.

Green: every FODMAP group within its low-serve budget for one serving. Yellow: a group is past its low serve but inside the moderate range, or an ingredient sits close to a tight limit. Red: a group is past its moderate serve on figures every source agrees on, or the recipe names garlic, onion or another ingredient the diet leaves out. Where Monash and FODMAP Friendly disagree, the score stops at yellow and says so. Scores cover FODMAPs only, not fat, caffeine, alcohol or spice. Servings on each score page re-divide the numbers.

Nothing green enough? Build one from a protein and whatever is in your kitchen; every plate is weighed under the line.

Published portion science applied mechanically. Not medical advice: it doesn't know your triggers or which phase of the diet you're in. How the numbers work →
